"The back story of how the lemonade came to be. We made a board for a good friend and it was a new design to suit him and his surfing. He wanted a board that was easy to paddle and ride but still able to manoeuvre. He got the board, rode it and said it was a lemon! “Really bad”. I told him to let me use the board and when I did, it paddled well, was super fast, easy to turn and was the best board I’d had in years!!! The lemonade is a really fun board from ankle to over head surf. My friend eventually wanted the board back and he said that he is surfing the best in his life! Thus turning a lemon into “lemonade”.
